Originally, patios and most walkways in Rosemont Homes Association were formed of poured concrete. Over time, some Homeowners have experienced significant degradation of these hardscapes and have chosen to replace them. When entertaining potential replacement projects, the RHA has agreed to guidelines that all Homeowners should consider when planning patio or walkway replacements.
