Joan Lautenschleger and Jack Cummings are requesting approval for a project to replace the concrete patio in the rear of their property with a new patio. Originally the proposal was for bluestone pavers, which triggered a request by some Homeowners for a Special Meeting to discuss guidelines for outdoor hardscapes to ensure consistent aesthetics across all RHA properties. The meeting was held on June 12, 2016, at which time Joan and Jack proposed an alternative, neutral-toned stone paver in place of the bluestone pavers originally proposed. The revised plan was voted on and approved.
