New Vision Group (NVC) is the developer working on 26-28 Colbourne Crescent. To do their work they require use of RHA Common Property to set a perimeter fence while they complete work on a retaining wall along our boundary. We have negotiated for NVG to pay a small fee, as well as remove granite curbing, in return for their limited use of our property. The vote is to approve the agreement as presented.
