Ryan Request for Door Modification

Our newest member, Cassie Ryan, is proposing to replace her front door with a “like for like” front door that will improve the sealing and insulation of her home. The new door will have the same look and feel as the existing door, but perhaps also have the mail slot moved to a different position. Any unit who replaces or changes the exterior look of their unit (such as windows and doors) requires approval from the Rosemont Homes Association. Our bylaws require that replacements must have the same “look and feel”. The cost of this replacement is borne by the property owner. She only needs our consent.
